500px – New Entry To App Store With Expected iPhone App
Apple’s App Store is studded with amazing apps to help iPhone users in making their life lot easier. Developers are busy in introducing new and innovative apps at App Store, hence winning over the attention of the iPhone customers. The good thing one doesn’t have to face void status of the warranty claims if they download the apps from App Store. If someone downloads apps from some third party, Apple won’t accept any claims made for any damage to iPhone.
500px has launched its new app for App Store, revealed Oleg Gutsol, CEO of the company. He said while explaining the product launch that they will come up with the product once it will meet the highest aesthetic standards and top functionality.
Oleg Gutsol said that app would have stunning features along with elegant design and smooth navigation of the user interface. A user can easily browse through various categories like Fresh, Popular, Editor’s Choice, and Upcoming. There would also be the facility of keywords-based content.
Flow is the special feature of the app that is actually a photo stream based on friends’ actions (on 500px platform). It’s possible for users to like photos, comment over there, share at social media, or email them.
To view the profile of someone else, one has to tap the avatar of a photographer; there will appear complete profile along with photos, bio, and many more things. Comments of other 500px will appear at the bottom, which may include rating, pulse, work, camera details, and the time and place of photo taken.
Main features of 500px app for iOS:
- Enhanced iPhone experience, which includes Flow
- Enhanced look for iPad
- Profiles capable of avatar uploads
- Compatible with iOS 6 and iPhone 5
500px released the app for iPad last year, which made records of 100,000 downloads in just one week. After that, they released Android app in April this year. Company is expecting its previous apps to break the records of more than million downloads in 2013. Expectations from new app are much higher than those of iPad and Android.
